These Adult Juniors learn at a moderate pace. They work hard and learn discipline, RESPECT, polite manners, and goal setting while having fun.

Our adult class offers a full program of more intense training. The class is geared towards the mature qualities of the adult. They learn at a faster pace striving to reach short and long term goals that they set for themselves.

Cardio Kickboxing/Karate  *** All Ages ***

Cardio Kickboxing is a cardio workout for people who want the physical discipline but don't have the time to commit to a long term system of rankings. The 50-minute workout will meet you where you are and challenge you to go another step further. It is great for inactive people to get moving -- increasing your workout by listening to your body. It teaches practical self-defense while exercising your body.
